Rose, springing from Mathews, VA, brings an impressive 27 years of dental experience to our practice. Right after graduating from high school in 1997, Rose attended dental assistant school at Gloucester Career Training School, where her passion for dental assisting began to flourish. Over the years, Rose has made significant progress in her career and now serves as a patient care coordinator at our office.
As the patient care coordinator, Rose will be the person who discusses your treatment plan with you and provides you with estimates for the procedures. With a warm and welcoming smile, she will greet you and ensure that you have all the necessary information to make informed decisions about your dental care.
Outside of the office, Rose loves to spend time with her husband and her beloved Lab, Harper.. In her leisure time, Rose enjoys spending quality time at the beach, creating wonderful memories with her friends and family. She has a zest for life and always seeks to have a good time.

Kristen Gill

A longtime local resident, Kristen became interested in the dental field in high school while volunteering at the Northern Neck Free Health Clinic. Initially pursuing a career in dental assisting, she decided to follow her passion further by becoming a dental hygienist. Kristen attended Virginia Commonwealth University's dental school and graduated with her bachelors in dental hygiene in 2012. She is also certified to administer anesthesia.
Kristen loves working with patients and offers personalized care to achieve better oral health, which can improve their overall health and well-being. She has a comforting and gentle hand and astute attention to detail. She loves to talk teeth with her patients and would love to answer any questions you might have during your appointment. Kristen loves teaching and encouraging her patients to maintain a beautiful smile.
Outside of the office, Kristen is busy with her husband, two children (Sammy and Isabella), two boxers (Zeus and Apollo) and a French bulldog (Sasha). They are usually running to and from sporting events on the weekend.
Hailey Smith
Dental Assistant
Hailing from Gloucester, VA, Hailey has harbored a passion for dentistry since the tender age of 2. Throughout high school, she dedicated herself to a rigorous 2-year dental assistant program, honing her skills through hands-on experience and visual learning. Completing 400 hours of volunteer internships in a dental office was a pivotal step in her journey.
Hailey's genuine joy stems from easing patients' nerves and ensuring their utmost comfort during dental procedures. She finds fulfillment in transformative procedures such as dental implants, extractions with bone grafts, and smile makeovers, witnessing the remarkable transition from hesitant smiles to beaming confidence.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Hailey revels in outdoor adventures, whether hiking, fishing, or soaking in the serene beauty of the beach or mountains. Weekends find her embracing the great outdoors, replenishing her spirit amidst nature's splendor.
Aly Jackson
Dental Assistant
Aly, originally from Mathews, VA, joined our dental practice in October of 2023. After graduating from high school in June of the same year without a clear career path in mind, Aly discovered an interest in dentistry in September. Since then, Aly has been dedicated to learning the skills and knowledge required to become a dental assistant.
Over the months, Aly has developed a deep passion for dental assisting, particularly in procedures such as extractions and bone grafts, implants, and any surgical procedure. When you're in the dental chair, Aly will be there by your side, ensuring your comfort and well-being throughout the treatment.
Outside of the dental office, Aly enjoys spending time in nature. You can often find her up in a tree stand or in the woods, hunting for deer and turkey. Aly also has a great love for her hunting dogs and devotes her free time to taking care of them and training them.
